Sully’s Balti Ranch

I was a little bit confused as the menu on the wall said see our new menu for prices, I saw the new menu but then he charged me a different (higher) price.
Sully’s is another of these generic places that try to do the whole takeaway menu rather than focusing on a type of cuisine and doing it well. The menu is mainly Indian cuisine but there are also burgers and pizza.
I found that a regular kebab (menu price £3 actual price £3.50) was ample for my needs as a light meal. There was plenty of ‘meat’ but the salad was quite sparse and consisted of a few strands of lettuce and some very large pieces of onion. The sauce was medium hot but lacked real flavour. I was disappointed that the pitta was very burnt which doesn’t really recommend the place if, heaven forbid, I had asked them to do some cooking.
