As part of my weekly tasks that I set myself I have selflessly entered into yet another chip shop to examine their capabilities in keeping up the great British tradition of Fish and Chips. A large part of this experimentation involves me purchasing a vary basic bag of chips. From this I feel like I can branch out into other areas (a pieces of fish, some curry sauce perhaps), here I was happy to find everything in order, good service, tasty, soggy chips, a good flow of customers, good sauces and good prices (Whitby is shocking for this last part). Oh yeh, I really like the name too, so many levels to it.
