I’ve been going to this GP surgery since I can remember and they’ve never let me down.
The efficient staff on the desk have never mixed up or double booked one of my appointments, the waiting area has enough reading material to sink a ship, and you usually get in to see your doctor at around the time you’ve booked for.
My GP is a hugely experienced fellow, but when he’s not there and I have to see someone else, I feel in equally capable hands, and they’ve looked after me on numerous occasions. They even allow emergency appointments — just ring first thing in the morning and they’ll fit you in on the same day somehow.
