Pizza Hut has gone downhill in recent years as it is, but receiving pasta with the middle missing just makes things a whole lot worse. If that isn’t bad enough, when we called back to inform them, we were confronted by a RUDE, PATHETIC excuse for a human being who was insulting to my finance, stating that she needs to learn how to cook (this is the manager of the branch btw). When asked for his name, he only provided his 1st name (Madoo) and refused to give his surname, as he clearly knew he was in the wrong. My fiancé works for the NHS alternating between the hospitals in Leicester. On shifts, she often doesn’t get a chance to eat for upto 8 to 9 hours, so this experience almost bought her to tears.
Pizza Hut, if this is the standard of employee you promote to manager, no wonder you are not a big name on the high street anymore.
Stay clear of this branch, that is my advice!
