Very poor for exchange service is crap as if you swap a £1.99 clip frame and buy a different price frame you have to pay money which is bad and I was so cross I got a refund and I not going there again as it was stupid to pay £2 for a frame which I had no money on me and I shouldn’t have to pay for it as when you go to a shop you don’t pay for exchange item and it must get a lot returns and refunds as there’s no reason to pay that frame as I didn’t know I had to pay and it’s a bad shop and staff are not good at there jobs
