Pleasant gastro-​pub in village to south of Leicester, with good sized car park for those coming from a distance.
Menu is a mix of the familiar and the inventive, and the food turns out to be well prepared and well presented.
Service is very friendly, and pricing reasonable.
This establishment is a sibling to The Boot Room in Leicester (q.v.)
