Squeeze

Beautiful fresh food at a great price. My girlfriend had the Squeeze Burger which was one of the best burgers I’ve tasted; I had a vegetarian couscous Moroccan salad, outstanding. Seems about half the menu is all organic… also a number of organic alcoholic drinks!

Fresh, natural and great food all with a friendly chat, the guys that own this place are great. They have a love for the environment and a passion for their food which shows, I’ believe they have won awards for how natural the food is
I’m a personal lover of the smoothies, they are the best I’ve ever had and I’ve yet to have a a bad one, although I must admit I haven’t worked my way through all the flavours yet (mainly because once i try one I love it and don’t want to change).
Being a vegie I haven’t tried everything, but I love my goats cheese salad, the vegie breakies (with home made vegie sausages) and mouth waltering melted mozzarella wrap. Oh and nearly forgot to mention it all needs to be shared (yep can’t eat a whole portition by yourself) with some gorgeouse hand-​cut jacket wedges
If you have room (which I rarely do so I can’t comment on the whole list) try one of their yummie cakes for deserts (afternoon tea style cakes). TOP TIP, if you haven’t got room for desert, get here early and they do yummie bit size cakes with your coffee or tea… to die for

This is a juice bar in the heart of leigh on sea. For one the juices you can order are amazing, you can either pick one from the menu or make your own. There seems to be a juice on offer for every ailment you can think of. The owner is very informative about his menu and ingredients too! The other reason I love going here is for the food. The salads are amazing and the wraps are simply delicious. The surroundings are simple, but very well done. There is a small terrace outside and a balcony upstairs which could be amazing. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Leigh.
