was in Wilkos last night really nice shop with helpfull staffpurchased a few things and had my bag packed for meexcellent friendly shop thats a must to visit.

A credit to the chain to which it belongs. The staff are always helpful, courteous, and queues are kept to a minimum. Well stocked. Just great

Wilkinson’s store is in the city centre of Lichfield, has been open for years, and many of the staff have worked there for long periods. This means that they’re knowledgeable, remember you, and best of all their service is impeccable. Any problems are soon corrected, and the Wilko product guarantee means that defective items are replaced easily.
Not as large as some stores in this chain, but nevertheless a good sized store. It sells a large range of toiletries, as well as decorating items, homewares, some linens, lots of gardening products and offers plants all year around. It also has good stocks and ranges of animal food, and related items.
One of the best things about the store is that it’s almost always got every item in stock. If it hasn’t it will order it in quickly for you, and hold it until you collect. Even better is the large discount compared to supermarkets that sell the same or similar goods.
There is easy pick up from the collection door, at the rear of the store. Otherwise, this is just a short walk from Bird St car park, as well as the multi-​storey car park next to the police station, which has CCTV. There is also disabled parking in the road to the front of the store, and staff will assist you if you need help carrying larger items.
Overall, a good place to shop, to get a huge range of items for the home, and save some money, supported by really helpful staff.

i love this wilkinsons store, its a larger store with plenty of cariety of household, cleaning and general items at low prices.
there is always plenty of choice and stock available .

I find this store great to get everything so cheap compared to other shops. The staff are very friendly also and will help you if you’re having trouble finding anything. It’s not one of the biggest branches of Wilkinson’s I have been into but does the job and I always find what I am after.

This is quite a big store for Lichfield but does not do clothes or food like some of the bigger city stores. The store is big enough though and stocks everything else you could imagine. There are some brilliant buy one get one free bargains and the toys in there are cheap especially around christmas time. The choice of decorating equipment is a bit limited compared to others but they can order you anything in if you need it. They also have plants and shrubs outside for sale too. This store can get busy around lunchtime but they will normally open up some tills if it is too bad.
