It surprises me not a jot that April Boutique are pulling out the Summer Sale banners. This is an extremely expensive store with extremely specialist contents. Even in the window is a sign just to inform the casual passer by of payment plans which are available. I don’t know about you, but I don’t plan on taking out a mortgage for a dress anytime soon! However, this boutique exudes elegance, celebrity chic and high fashion. Even the mannequins glitter with silver mirrors, enticing custom into the shop. When I have been by, it has always seemed empty but if only one customer bought a dress per day, I think they’d make their rent! A shopping experience for the rich, the VIP and the wannabe wealthy. Beauty(fashion at least) comes at a price!

Yet another designer boutique I love. April’s offers a varied range of both formal and casual designer wear. The huge windows on the front of the store allow for a great wealth of natural light to cascade over beautiful handbags. I hate shops that are really dingy, which is often an issue with small boutiques. Not this one, though. Its white-painted walls and edgy, contemporary décor show off the clothes to their full potential. April’s offers great accessories as well as clothing, with some stunning jewellery on display. The store is fairly expensive, but worth it if you want to invest in some celebrity-style fashion.

Want to know what makes this place special? It’s not the advert on Juice FM but the welcoming and helpful Lana and her knowledge of formal and casual designer wear. The celebrity launch party donated a big slice of the income to charity. The shop’s white interior is well lit and shows off the fasion well. It has a realxing atmosphere with pop music playing in the background. One of the coolest security guards you will ever meet keep a close eye on the bags, jewelry and ladies designer fasion. Check out the Buba bags as worn by Katy Price(aka Jorden). Despite the designer look and really good fashion the prices are great but don’t be mistaken — you should not start comparing April Boutique to TK Max. Prices range from £50 to £500 but there are payment schemes to help. Bring your wages and visit the VIP area with seating TV and drinks.
