I went to the BT Convention Centre, on a recent trip to Liverpool for The Allergy and Free From Show 2014. Reviewing convention centres, like this can be hard as it is hard to not review the event but to review the convention centre. The Convention centre is a very nice building in ACC Liverpool, very close to the Wheel of Liverpool, Echo Arena and Waterfront Car Park. As you walked in, it had a café just selling hot beverages at the top but on the floor below, where the convention was, they was a free from café, selling gluten free sandwiches and fish and chips, but too be honest, with all the samples available, you wouldn’t need to buy anything at a restaurant! The staff, who I spoke to appeared to be nice, whether they worked for the convention centre or the Free From companies who attended this event. This convention centre is in a very nice location in central Liverpool, so your day does not have to end at the convention centre, you can carry on parking at the Waterfront and go around the city centre, if you don’t mind walking a bit, as parking is very cheap, I actually got undercharged by a good amount of hours. I look forward to attending this event next year, and if it is in Liverpool, due to the things mentioned I do hope it is at the BT Convention Centre, but with me being from Manchester, I am still hoping they move the event to my city!

It is fantastic that we now have a venue as good as this in Liverpool. The new convention is as impressive as it looks. I recently attended a conference there and it was well organised and very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and the food was lovely. Parking is in the multi-storey at the side.
