Definitely one of my favourite burger chains! The burgers are fairly big, with nice fries along. I usually take the Cheeseburger and the Smoky (amazing!) with a Ceasar’s salad and it’s perfect! Great location at the city centre, friendly staff, quick service and good value for money. :)

I got the standard cheeseburger with mature cheddar cheese and a side of french fries. Both were quite good. Let’s start with the fries. Finally a place that can do proper American-​style french fries! They were really good – skinny with a nice crunch. They cost about £3, but you don’t get a ton (at least in my opinion).
The burger was fresh and cooked to medium – pink and juicy. If you don’t like your beef with any color, be sure to let them know. It came with the aforementioned cheese, onions, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. It had a brioche-​esque bun, nicely toasted. The flavor was great, but the burger, as with the fries, was just a bit small for a mid-​priced «gourmet» restaurant.

Went with my son while shopping at Liverpool One and was quite pleased. We are from the US and one of our few complaints are burgers just do not seem as good here. Byron’s definitely could compete in a US city.
The burger itself is 6 ounces (you can get two patties) and what I liked most is that by default it is served medium, so it is still juicy. I had the Byron Burger, which included cheese, bacon, byron sauce (ketchup mayo) and onions. Again, it was quite good. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty.
Also had the fries, which were McDonalds style skinny fries. Those were also good.
Finally, had the onion rings. They were prepared well and would have been perfect if they had not been served at room temperature, which made them greasy and not enjoyable.
The burger is the star here, definitely a good option if you are at Liverpool One.

The burgers where smashing. Get the nachos and the skin on chips are a must. Try their Byron unfiltered lager, excellent and worth the £5.95

I do love the burgers here, and they serve BrewDog! Perfect place for a meeting, a date or whatever you might need. The only drawback is the price, and that fries isn’t included when you buy a burger.
When I want to treat myself, this is one of the first places that pops up in mind.
They have really cool uniforms and I recommend joining their Burger Club, as this will lead to discounts!

I Love Byron Burger — have been to 4 different branches throughout the country and they have always been consistently great. Don’t come here if you don’t like burgers — because that is about all they do. The selection of beers are good and the Chilli Burger with chipotle Mayo and Chillis are my favourite. Not cheap but not expensive — but great burgers.

wow, quite a tasty burger but very expensive £50 for three burgers and milkshakes. Seems a bit strange to purchase fries as additional item too.
I won’t go again because it seems I am ultimately a cheapskate who finds £13 for a fairly ordinary burger and fries a little over the top.
