CPM Residential

CPM residential were one of the numerous companies I chose to look at when searching for a new house in which to live for the coming University year. They have a good range of properties across Liverpool and showed me quite a few that interested me greatly and they all seemed to be well kept and I was given the impression that these were reliable and professional people.
The reason I chose not to sign any contracts with CPM was that the staff themselves just didn’t make me feel that valued as a potential customer. Overall I got the sense that losing my business made very little difference to them and as a student without much cash they were not too interested in spending much time helping me.
Housing companies need to show care for their customers and CPM simply didn’t which was a shame because they have some very appealing and very well looked after properties.
