The Leather Shop is situated in a shopping arcade which leads to Liverpool Central Train Station. It is quite a large store which has a good range of leather clothing and accessories. The staff here are friendly and greet you cheerfully when you enter. They let you have a look round and then ask you after a short time if you need any help. I went in for a leather jacket. I was really sure what style I wanted, all I knew was that I wanted a black one. The man working here showed me all sorts of styles and lengths, got a better idea of what I liked, and then tailored the stock he showed me to this. I ended up getting a really nice jacket here which was in the sale, and it has lasted well. I have been back and bought a belt from here, which was reasonably priced. This is a great shop with an excellent selection.

Well, no prizes for guessing that the Leather Shop sells clothing related to leather. This can be anything from coats to accessories such as small bags. They specialise in Ladies leather and have a generous selection of childrens wear too. The shop is in an odd place of town just next to central station and for a shop of its style and class, it is not in the most appealing of locations. As for the sale sign, it is forever there as a way of attracting your attention. In terms of the clothing quality, the leather at least appears genuine and pure. You also get the familiar leather smell when walking in, which is a good sign. No high street brand names here but simply good browsing for leather lovers at costly prices as you would expect.

The creatively named Leather Shop in the walkway to Liverpool Central Station is a good source for leather coats, bags and garments. The window is always filled with leather goods from top to bottom giving the impression of a very filled little shop. Obviously the smell is great walking into it, but the sale sign that always seems to be there is rather curious. This small shop reminds me of the kind of leather shops capable of bartering in abroad in places like Turkey. The prices are what is to be expected and don’t expect too much street cred for an unamed leather jacket, but the quality in here seems up to scratch.
