For what this is, it’s a pretty good shop. But what it is is something I will never be frequenting – namely a very expensive children’s clothing shop.
Scamps sells designer kids clothing for the kind of people who can afford to drop £90 on a top and skirt set that will only fit their daughter for one summer.
If you do love designer kids clothes, though, and don’t have the money to spend, you can go at the end of a season to find some good deals. There were some discounted items when I was there and they (discounted!) looked to be around the regular prices you’d see in somewhere like Debenham’s.
It doesn’t seem to fit the area either as West Derby road is crowded with charity shops, discount shops, and newsagents.
