Former Wetherspoons, so still decorated like one.
Avoid if you want a quiet night or pub experience. Definitely more like a bar in the evenings (ESPECIALLY weekends), because it’s the place to get drunk before heading out to the clubs.
Quiet enough to enjoy during the day, very large space with upstairs and downstairs bars. Plenty of seatingm etc.

You should definitely visit lloyds if you want to go crazy before you go clubbing. Drinks are ridiculously cheap and the atmosphere is great. Everyone seems to be on a happy high at Lloyds. Its a crazy bar with crazy people, which is a good thing in this case. There are plenty of seats for everyone on the bottom floor. The top floor has a great atmosphere aswell, however it is a bit more calm than downstairs. The music is very mixed up, the Djs at Lloyds can play anything from Disco to Dancehall… its a good crazy bar.
