Ice cream not as good as it used to be. Not sure if they are trying to save on the ingredient cost but very little to distinguish between one flavor and the next. If you are to charge a premium it needs to taste as described. All shades of blandness unfortunately. Customer service even worse — apparently its not the ice-​cream at fault, but my taste buds! I’d give it a miss.
I hate to see a good concept poorly delivered, and to see another independent failing but this place does not deserve your custom. There is a far better place in nearby Teddington. Its further to go, but you are guaranteed consistently good products and service. This place is too hit and miss for my liking, and there seems to be no desire to please the customer.

Maybe the ice cream is OK, but don’t go in there if you fancy a toasted cheese sandwich. They didn’t have any white bread (the only bread suitable for toasting) only wholemeal; the sandwich looks very unappetising and slightly burnt; there was no relish/​salad on the side (how much does a little lettuce and tomato cost?); and most importantly, it doesn’t contain any cheese — to the naked eye that is ! This excuse for a toasted sandwich was very thin, no substance, and when I opened it to check if there was in fact anything inside, there were traces of melted cheese sticking to the bread as if they had been spread on — no ‘pieces’ of cheese at all. Most unappetising. Needless to say it went straight back. Stick to the ice cream, folks !
