Personally I think 99p stores have much better stuff from the usual ‘poundshop’ type offerings and this is no exception. If I’m nearby I try to buy all of my cleaning and air freshener type products from here.
They also have a small yet healthy selection of premium type foods including soups such as ‘Look what we found’ at half the price of Waitrose, or larger packs of ‘Alpen’ bars.
Generally everything here is good value though be careful of the off name products such as batteries and tricks such as smaller volumes to bring down the unit price.

This is the Biggest 99p shop I’ve ever seen (it used to be Sainsbury’s years ago!) It has masses of bargains, don’t throw a party or visit a cash’n’carry until you check out this chain.
At the moment lots of Christmas bargains to be had, don’t miss out! My last best buy, a leather Ipod case, will fit the new (old shaped) nano a treat, same thing £14.95 in the Apple store!

99p Stores is a chain of shops spread throughout the UK.
Store covers every aspect of living, and everything is priced at 99p or less. Stock seems to change regularly so worthwhile dropping in often enough — especially if you like your confectionary & bargain priced branded toiletries!
For instance you can buy bottles of Original Source body washes & bath foams for half the price of RRP. Sensodyne whitening toothpaste is only 99p. Often products aren’t from the UK but abroad.
