This pub is an, errrm, ‘experience’. I played a gig here a few months ago and it was one of the strangest nights of my life. The pub itself is in the middle of a gyratory and not the easiest place to access from the tube station, despite the fact that it’s only over the road.
The pub is really small, and the live music takes place on a tiny stage in the corner. No soundchecks. The worst house drum kit I’ve ever played on. Electric shocks from the microphone. Heckling from the very local (and paraletic) crowd. On the upside there’s a large outdoor seating area but, umm, you’re in the middle of a gyratory.
My advice, sadly, is don’t go to this pub. It’s a bit scary.

this pub is a quiet pub the drinks are very decently priced but there is no night life its jus well borin the only upside is its warm and there is a cold beer on tap, there is no outdoor heating wen u want to go outside for a fag

This place is ok. Bit expenisive. Classy, Casual.
Visit here on a saturday night. the atmusphere is good.

The Archway Tavern is a strange pub right by Archway station. Live music is on here occasionally but the soundsystem is pretty poor. It looks nice and would be good for a relaxed night in the pub but not so much for the music. Drinks are around £3 a pint.
The map for this is wrong, it’s nowhere near Wimbledon!
