Not really a fan of this place. Friends & I were starving as soon as we disembarked from the London Bridge tube & it was raining so this was the next best place to go.
The moment we walked in, the greeter seemed as if he couldn’t seat us at a table. a bit discombobulated. We ordererd lasagna & pasta matched with apple juice. The Lasgne was delicious. For dessert, my friend ordered the raspberry cheesecake. I had a small bite… not the best, it tasted like pure whipped cream & sponge cake. It wasn’t fresh. When we were finished with our meal, our server had this crazy look on his face. Maybe, he was having a bad day but he should have displayed better customer service & hospitality.

Really unappealing food, quite tasteless salmon and overall and awful chain feel ala the Olive Garden in the USA. Only saving grace was free wifi and decent chips, no doubt not house made. If in the area, go to Shad for indian just down the road instead!

Definitely this is the best chain Italian out there!
Has a good variety on it’s menu and both the pasta and pizza are pretty good.
If you want a cheap and quick dinner, definitely try this out.

I’ve been to a couple of these and to this one a few times now. As well as the usual ‘Italian’ fair of pizza and pasta, they also have a variety of main dishes such as salmon, chicken, etc served with potatoes, etc. Not wanting anything to carb high i opted for the fish which was cooked ok and for pudding cheesecake.
The food was OK and wine good. I think these chains are good for an afterwork or casual catch up where the main event of the evening is the company and the subject rather than it being the search for good food and good experience.
The waiters did not fuss and you didn’t feel that you were rushed off your table which can be the case on Friday nights in some places.

Very full of people last Friday night, especially in the downstairs bar area. Unpleasantly full actually, the space doesn’t suit it. Bar staff a little cold, the beer was alright
