I purchased a Living Social deal for a 30 minute neck massage and a facial. It was a bit difficult to find. I didn’t know they were on the second floor until she responded to my text that I was running late. I couldn’t find her. But once I did, I was very pleased. My neck had been so knotted and her work helped alleviate some of that. Unfortunately since I was delayed, she was unable to give me my mask but gave me a sachet to take home. The environment was relaxing and comfortable. Her work was remarkable. I did not feel obliged to carry on a conversation as many aestheticians prefer.
I look forward to going back. She offered a 15% discount for a return!

She was distracted and did a really bad job on my nails, which I had re-​done elsewhere the very next day.

Back end shop in an affluent area, Bishopsgate.
I ended up here via a KGB Deal (discount voucher site thingys), I thought I was going to ‘The London Pamper Company’ and the name above the badly painted door was ‘Beauty Bizz’. On opening the door, I wondered through the corridor and proceeded to walk up the 3 flights of rickety badly decorated communal area of other businesses scraping to stay alive including a laser surgery clinic.
I attended for a Bio Sculpture Manicure and Pedicure advertised to last 3 weeks. On inspection when i got home (no I didn’t inspect closely whilst there, was keen to escape) one of my toes was only half painted and on day 3 of writing this, I already have chips and no I haven’t been cleaning, just general wear and tear.
I won’t go on to bad mouth the place, but I didn’t feel pampered, will not be returning, will not recommend and will be placing a complaint to KGB Deals.
BTW, it took me ages to get an appointment, I was getting the answer machine for many weeks, and so when i eventually got to make an appointment it was difficult to find an available slot and so I thought, must be a highly busy thought of place — good sign I thought, I now assume they were not answering the phone for other reasons, may be avoiding something?
