Bought a groupon, asked twice on phone if as per groupon advert i could get french manicure, yeah no problem. called to rebook which was fine, asked again just to make sure they allow enough time. yeah no problem get there and no apparently they needed to see my nails first before the appointment before letting me know if they could do french. was for a special occasion so not happy!!!
Finished job was absolutley shocking close up, so disappointed, it’s like they’re practiscing toddlers with nail varnish. Won’t even describe the pedicure! Naff! Naff! Naff! When I complained about a poor job, the usual ‘oh’ answer, don’t bother I say!
