STAY AWAY! My wife and I brought in clothes to be washed and folded. The clothes were a mixture of lights and darks. The young woman did not separate the clothes and ruined all of our whites. When we returned she refused to take responsibility for it, refused to give us her name, and also refused to allow us to speak to a manager or the owner. We have since emailed them at their address listed on their website numerous times and they have not responded. Couldn’t be more disappointed in their lack of professionalism.

I have to confirm what others said. If you don’t want your stuff damaged or even «lost», AVOID. I gave them a leather jacket to fix a zip [!] which was returned in awful condition, much worse than I gave it in. When I complained the started acting dodgy, refused to give me a receipt. I had to call the police on them to get my receipt. I am currently asking the council to recall their license.

If I have to be honest I was surprised by the good domestic cleaning service.
The team of devoted cleaners managed to clean everything in my apartment for no time. I have a dog, named Ruby and may be you understand me– I can find fur and mud all over the living room. Actually under the sofa I always find a lot of fur. I’m joking with my friends that if I collect it every day, I can knit twenty sweaters. This is the reason why I often need a professional cleaning.
Sometimes it is only carpet cleaning service for the living room, sometimes it is a full cleaning of the flat. It depends a lot. On Monday a new cleaner was sent to my place. She was scared and even terrified from my dog and from the company had to sent another employee. This is the reason why my rating is lower. However, I can assure you that the company is trustworthy and the prices are reasonable. And in conclusion I would say that if you are an owner of a pet like me, the cleaners will save a lot from your time.

I just got back from there. I had four shirts and two trousers washed and ironed. I don’t know how they ironed my shirts, but the fact is they did a very poor job. The shirts’ collars and cuffs are white and of a harder fabric — they are completely wrinkled, as if they were in fact just dried and not ironed. It was a terrible deal, I won’t be coming back.
However, on the bright side, the attendant was very helpful and nice and the service was done when they said it would. Even so I cannot give them a second star.

Great service in overall. I had the need of a deep clean for my apartment and booked a cleaning at Bloomsbury Cleaners. The clerks were few minutes late, but then again they brought all the necessary supplies. The job was done fast and professionally. They even took out the trash and all that on a reasonable price.

Nothing serious, but its a fact. Other than that everything was okay, they their cleaning supplies with them and the prices was reasonable.

Quite the team you’ve got there. I had the urgent need of a fast cleaning of my apartment, which contains 3 rooms in total. The team was on the spot at the right time, since I had booked a cleaning. Clerks, had all the necessary supplies and started working right when they came in, looked really professional. The end result was amazing, they had the whole place covered in literally no time. I highly recommend Fantastic Cleaners!

There’s not much to say here.
I walked along Marchmont Street on a Wednesday, looking for a dry cleaner who performed mending and alteration services. A dude was standing outside waiting for business in the middle of the slow day. He invited me inside. He looked at the fine specimens of hole-​in-​crotch that I brought him. He told me to come back on Friday.
I came back Friday. I got the trousers back with discrete yet industrial-​strength crotch reinforcements. I handed over my £17. I left with future public genital embarrassment evaded.
I assume they’d do some pretty all right dry cleaning. But I recklessly throw all my clothes into a washing machine on the superwash cycle, so I wouldn’t know.
