Firstly, i can’t believe no one else has reviewed this café as it is the best café in Camden hands down. Everything a café should be — friendly staff, fast service, a massive chalkboard listing the menu, and great prices. All day breakfasts, sandwiches made to order, omlettes, jacket potatoes with a massive array of fillings — all the usual café favourites are here; but for a change the food is consistenly good rather that the usual greasy café offerings and there is a great array of magazines to keep you occupied while you eat. It’s very busy at lunchtimes with local businesses and the best time to come is usually after 1.30pm when business tails off and you can get a seat. Everything can be made for takeaway as well; so in the summer is is great to grab and go to the nearby park. Outisde seating for smokers and antastic carrot cake/apple pie will halp you get through the rest of your work day. It’ hidden on Pratt Street which comes off of Camden High Street, so it is a bit out of the way but well worth a visit if you need somewhere to relax and enjoy good food.
