After ordering a hot chocolate, I received a latte. I complained, was told«No, you ordered a latte» and was charged the extra. Miffed, I went to sit down, only to find the spot I’d been eying quickly claimed by an older man who avoided eye contact by hiding in a newspaper. Left to sit outside in the in the blustery wind, I shivered and bewailed my fate. As revenge, I spent about 20 minutes glowering in their bathroom to get away from the cold. The latte was uninspiring. The interior of the café looked nice. I wish I could have sat in it.

Small local Nero surrounded by other small local(nicer) coffee shops. Maybe that’s why the Starbucks that used to be two doors down is now closed. If you’re up for a non-chainy café then walk out of Nero turn right and you’ll see La Bottega on your right.
