I went there yesterday with a friend. We needed something hot and a place to rest. The location is top but the café is a let down. The lower floor has got a good number of tables but also a incredible number of flies. It felt dirty and the toilets are no better! Of you can avoid it

Needed a breakfast bite and a place to have a chat with a friend before setting off for work in the morning. Good warm spot and a fair bit of seating on a lower floor as well. The coffee and the croissants are A-​OK.

Not a major coffee fan, I have the occasional latte here and there.
I come here purely for the apricot croissants YUM!

Located on that upper bit of Regent Street within sight of Oxford Circus, this is an ideal spot to take the weight off, have as break and indulge in a nice cup of java. Being on a corner the coffee shop has tables outside on the quieter side street which is good if you prefer the great outdoors or maybe you enjoy a smoke with your morning cup of coffee. This branch is not very large but they may have seating downstairs; I don’t knoe for sure, I didn’t investigate.
What I do know that I got a great coffee; plenty of flavour and that essential coffee aroma. Nice friendly member of staff served me when I called here recently. That’s how it should be, the whole package has to be right or customers will vote with their feet! Neros do try with their loyality card scheme and good service in their premises.
