I found this restaurant via open table which gave it a 3.8 out of 5.0. I feel at most this restaurant deserves a 2.0 for a few reasons 1) the service is at best robotic — no human interaction. No hello, how are you? Just right to telling you about the specials for the night. Very transactional!
2) price for food — I ordered the chicken ravioli and my partner ordered risotto. The portions were ok but the quality was average at best. Pretty standard and for the price per dish we were expecting a little bit more effort in preparing the food
3) ambience was dead — we ate on a Wednesday and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant
4) service was slow — for the ratio of number of tables to servers we would have expected someone to be able to wait on us hand on foot but instead we had to call for service on several occasions. Also, house bread was not served until we saw another table receive and had to ask
To offset the above, we did order dessert which was very tasty (pistachio Italian desert). Desert coupled with a different waiter who served it with a smile helped the evening meal end on a high.

I went for dinner not lunch. Service was rather good. Décor is good.
Food is SHAMEFUL.
1st course was an attempt at «risotto». Rice was dry yet under cooked. Seems like it was semi cooked the day before and then reheated in a microwave. To moisten it up, they smothered in cream. Very poor attempt.
2nd course was worse. The veal had a very strong and unpleasant taste. My guess is that the meat had expired/​started to ripen before it was cooked. I could only stomach 3 bites. Potatoes were reasonably good.
My friend had a pasta with tomato sauce. The pasta was under cooked (1 minute before «al dente») and the sauce was acidic.
One of the worst meals that I have had in London.

Great pizza it was hot and served with a smile. For me personally the evening went great but there were some of my mates who did not like their food that much. However, we had a good time and we may come again when we need a great meeting place.

Actually not quite 4 stars but 3 stars seems a bit mean. Food was variable 3 of us thought it was good and 3 of us thought it was average. Wine was a little pricey for what it was. Decent enough for a quiet business dinner but nothing exceptional.

Really good italian restaurant, nicely located with a superb decoration.
The food is very good, although a bit pricey compared to the quality /​quantity.
Very nice and classy waiters /​waitresses. The wait is totally acceptable.
I’d go thre again, especially for business lunches.

Creo que el personal de este restaurante tiene una gran profesionalidad, a pesar de ser camareros que no conocen el idioma o el oficio, las ganas de aprender y la simpatía se ven reflejadas. La comida es excepcional, mis felicitaciones al chef y al personal de cocina que le ayuda.

Viva Italiano
The food here is amazing. There are too many wonderful dishes to list even just the best ones. Make a night of it and settle in with a nice bottle of Pinot Grigio, enjoy the fresh bread and salivate over the menu for a while. The staff are very attentive.
