These guys are very unprofessional, extremely inefficient and have no respect for dates and times. They are letting agents and I dealt with them as a tenant. Horrible.

Avoid this letting agent at all costs. They will not provide you with proper information about the flat, will not properly service the flat as a manager should, and will essentially harass you to get what they want. That is for a flat costing 1000/​week! I can only imagine how horrible they would be for a less expensive flat…
