Another dissatisfied groupon customer here. I have seen this salon being advertised on discounted sites for quite some time and I have to admit I was tempted to try them out. I have purchased a groupon for their services and consequently booked an appointment the following week mentioning groupon voucher. They has lots o availability so booking went very smoothly. Unfortunately my hair cut didn’t come out at all resembling what we discussed and my photos. Maybe its something to do with the hairdresser speaking poor english so luck of communication to blame. Ambiance was pretty much non existent and staff was not friendly at all. The worst part came when I was given them groupon voucher, which salon’s owner Stephan outright refused to take. He told me he is not obligated to take vouchers and its his own business and I have to deal with groupon but pay him full price. I did pay and contacted groupon who was very sympathetic and refunded the money. They also launched complaint and investigation. Overall horrific experience!

Had a Groupon deal here late last year when I was pregnant. Very good service and great haircut. I left very relaxed and I would use again. I work all across London so this is a fantastic location for me.
