Most of us use them at work or have them at home and when they go wrong it is normally at the most inconvenient of times and depending on what you use them for, it is a complete disaster and a stressful time. If you are anything like me, you turn on your computer, do your stuff and then turn it off — that is the extent of my knowledge on computer systems. Steve at Chiswick computers has many years IT experience and looks after many national customers as well as home users.
