Saint James Place is where Chopin stayed and from which he left to give his final concert. It is a landmark for all Chopin lovers. The Place is a delightful short rue with very nice architecture.

I randomly found this place while on my way to st. james palace and buckingham palace. People who like romantic period music, played piano, etc. etc. etc. will probably want to swing by this place if they are in the area just to see it quickly. It seems blue memorial plaque are place on historical places where famous people lived/where. This just happens to be one for Chopin. This house was occupied by the composer Frederick Chopin in 1848, when he gave his last public performance. He died in the following year. You can find more information online if your more curious. And you can find the other plaque of chopin at eaton place where he gave his first London concert. There isn’t a Unilocal page for it, but if someone has the address to the place they should make a Unilocal page for it. Overall, just a cool surprise I found while touristing around london. If your into Chopin, check it out.
