There are a lot of taxi companies in Clapham so I would avoid this one if you can. Yes, they have good rates, but their operators are extremely rude (and their cars are very dirty). I have used them several times and always thought that the operators were a bit brisk and impatient but I didn’t really mind. The final straw was when one of them swear at me under his breath when I had to spend 30 seconds looking for my flight number. I swiftly cancelled the taxi and will not be using their service again. They have no office number that you can contact and the email address on their website is not real so I have no one to complain to. great customer serviceLong story shortAVOID!
