This is a Clarks ‘factory outlet’ which means it is amazingly good value for children’s shoes. They are all about half price and the staff have this funky foot measuring thingy that a kid can stand in and it measures their tootsies using infrared beams or frikkin lasers or magic or some such. If you need shoes for your little prince or princess it is definitely worth stopping by… you can also park around the corner in Morrisons car park. Its not just for kids and as an added bonus the adults’ shoes down have paw prints or kitty cats on the sole.

I find Clarks very expensive for shoes so I don’t shop in there very often. The Clarks in Peckham is usually quite messy and tends to look a bit like a boot sale at times, although this might be how Clarks look usually. I don’t find their range of shoes very exciting and not very fashionable but they do look well made. There is never more then 2 members of staff in this Clarks and if you want help it seems you have to go to the till and ask your question. This can be frustrating if you queue up just to be told they don’t have your size! The shop is quite big and I think they could offer a lot more in terms of service and products if they tried a little harder.
