They asked for 5 working days to clean 5 shirts and a pair of trousers. When I went to pick them up, only the trousers were ready as they «didn’t have time to do the shirts.» I was simply told to come the next day and when I asked for a discount, I was told I already got one, as I had 5 shirts cleaned at the same time…
When picking the shirts up they had the cheek to try and charge me 40p for paying by card and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told he’s not around, nor would they give me his phone number.
On both days the staff were completely unconcerned and clearly couldn’t care less about their customers.
Not a place I’m planning to go back to!
