Service was terrible, I walked in and was instantly being harassed by some dude from phones 4 u, he was tryna pitch sales and deals to me after I told him so many times I’m not there for a contract phone smh, the number of staff is ridiculous there was one dude on the shop floor so u basically had to find what u wanted urself, and the service is super slow, only good thing is that it’s really close to where I live and that’s the only reason I’d go back

After booking a item online, got to the store the lady behind counter told me they didn’t have the item and the old Kent rd had 3. I asked her if she could book it for me she told me to do it myself. In my mind that’s not great customer service, if I could I would have given only half a star not even one

Have been to Curry’s Brixton many times to buy any number of things. For years I have hated going in and usually found the experience demeaning. I often left without buying what I wanted. The staff, if they could be found, where unhelpful, in a rush, not working in that section etc and I never felt that my custom was important, let alone necessary to keep business rolling along. If I walked up expectantly to a staff member I was usually met with lowered eyes as if they were in the middle of something else terribly important. The last 2 times I have been I have found a complete change around. The staff(mostly) are friendly and knowledgable. I wanted to buy a computer for my daughter and a staff member called Sean made me feel as if I was the only customer in the shop. Yesterday I went to buy a deep fat fryer and again was delighted to be met by a female member of staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. There is still a woman at the till who could do with a lot of training in customer care, but with the new lay out and the obvious huge improvement in staff working methods i have no problem in giving Currys Brixton 10⁄10
