David Andrew

David Andrews are complete timewasters.
My boyfriend and I were looking for a rental flat so we approached David Andrews. David, the agent we dealt with, showed us a flat that we liked so we put in an offer to rent it. He said that he would get back to us and let us know after meeting with the landlord.
Almost a week had passed and we were getting nervous as we had to move in 10 days time. We only had intermittent communication from David about the progress of the flat which then turned into unanswered calls and messages.
When we saw another letting agency that advertised for the same flat, we discovered that David Andrews did not even have a letting agreement with the landlord of the property. David had been stringing us all along in the hopes of trying to get in with the landlord.
I’ve experienced other bait and switch tactics from less reputable estate agents. I wasn’t expecting such dishonest tactics from a small agency like David Andrews.

from David Andrews, think twice. They’ll tell you that they’ve all been let and then corner you into a property that doesn’t exist.
