Competitively priced and close to my house are the only two reasons I use this dry cleaners. In terms of customer service, it’s some of the worst I’ve ever seen. It reached a new height on my last visit when the only thing said to me during my visit to collect my dry cleaning was «Twenty.» I said «Excuse me?», and got again «Twenty,» from which I gathered the money owed for the service was £20. No please or thank yous are considered necessary. Ever. If surly customer services were an Olympic sport, the staff at Deep Clean would always win gold.
