I would say it is exactly Persian as much as middle eastern with emphasis on the Persian cousine
In any case though their food was really good. Quality and ingredients wise they are using very good ones. The menu is really rich and you can pick among a huge selection of cold and warm meze as well as main dishes that are mouth watering.
The service was really fast and very polite and attentive. I would have loved to see though a larger dessert menu and a bit of variety in the wine list,

very authentic persian food — for informed diner r, the fensejan was outstanding — the best I have had in London and the gheimeh bademjan was good!
and the dessert meli-melo was divine!
good wine, good ambience and lovely staff. If u were like me who knew little of iranian good before– this place will convert you!

My husband and I ate here four times during our ten or so days in London. The place is DELICIOUS!!! They have some amazing appetizers, mains, etc. They also have some burgers on the menu if someone in your party is not an adventurous eater. The outdoor seating is really pleasant, on a quiet street and the ambiance if upbeat, but mellow. Its also one of the only places open late, last order at 11pm.

Went here when it first opened and really wasnt impressed! Food was below average and service was awful there was only one other table in there and we had to keep getting our waiters attention — wont be returning!

Lebanese/Persian restaurant with excellent chicken shish & fresh veggies.
Close to Warren St tube, pavement tables & full bar.
Pinot Grigio was excellent.
Lovely friendly, knowledgeable staff & thoughtful service.
