Dexters

I would not reccomend dexters chiswick. The agents use aggressive sales tactics and deception to try and get tenants to sign leases. One agent specifically told me that their job is to please landlords. Therefore, dexters is protecting landlords’ interests, not tennants’ and their contracts are very one sided. Stay away. I wish we had stuck with foxtons or one of the more professional agencies.

There are no fancy seats, they have only water to offer, they don’t drive mini coppers for the viewings, the interior are not very nice. However, they know how treat potential customers. It was the best service I have had from an agency at the best price. Leigh, is a lovely lady and she really cares for what she is offering and how she deals with your specific requirements. She found us the loveliest place. The best way to describe what true customer service is, is by telling you the following:
One day I had problems with my key, I didn’t have it! I was with my daughter, my husband was in Paris, and she was starting to be hungry. I rang the agency asking for help. She very kindly came, five minutes after my call and opened the door with the agencies spare keys. I was so thankful and embarrassed at the same time, but mostly really glad I choose them.
