Very pushy sales staff pushed us into purchasing 5 yrs stain cover that’s totally useless. We were also told if the range of sofa we purchased reduces before delivery DFS would reimburse the difference, the Sofa range was reduced and we were given the run-​around for 3 weeks and then told they would not be reimbursing the difference. I asked for the Brent Cross manager’s name I was told customers couldn’t have his surname when I finally spoke to after making manyyy phone calls as he never returned my call he said he’ll be going away for a few days, I wish I had read the review before I choose DFS.
