Docklands Cafe

I imagine that if you passed the Docklands Café, you would only go inside if you were really hungry or desperate for a cuppa. It definitely isn’t the most inspiring of places to go and relax over a bacon sandwich and always seems to be guarded by a host of unfriendly people who smoke a little too close to the inside of the café for my liking.
I braved the Docklands Café when it was raining and I was locked out and waiting for my keys. I probably should have stayed outside. This somewhat negative judgement is mainly based on the staff and the people who seem to be in there ²⁴⁄₇ as opposed to the food which didn’t look too bad (I only had a coffee). The place serves a good selection of traditional café grub but that is all I can bring myself to praise it on.
It is cheap, but definitely not cheerful.
