I ordered a bouquet of flowers from the website as a surprise for my mother’s 60th birthday — they looked suitably luxurious for such a special occasion. However on the day the flowers did not arrive. When I rang to ask what had happened they apologised and offered a refund and to send the flowers the next day. As the birthday was already missed I accepted this, but the flowers that arrived the next day were nothing like the ones I had originally ordered — just a single orchid in a pot. Not exactly the luxury I had planned — you could find nicer flowers in Tescos. Not only had they spoilt the intended surprise on the day, I was deeply disappointed by the flowers that were supposed to compensate for this. Very poor customer service.

The most awful service ever in my life! changed flowers from roses to some cheap shit!!! Then canceled delivery!!! And we got agreement to cancel order!!! And at the end they made delivery in the next day, but before i said that i don’t need that order any more, because what the point to present flowers after birthday?! The next day not even sorry. Very rude company, worst with whom i ever worked.
