I expect all the other reviews here are fake.
The manager in the office is efficient, but too impatient to really listen to what is being said to her. She actually hung up on me when I rang up to ask for some particular details to be attended to on the job.
In the end, when the cleaners did turn up, they tried to charge me more than the agreed price and because the manager was so rude to me on the phone, when I rang up to discuss the matter, I had to ask them to leave.
This is about as bad as a service can get, beware.
I would also beware of any other service listed here that is answered by an impatient sounding young east European woman on an 0203 number. I rang some of the other services listed on Unilocal,they were all answered by the same person.

After my big party there were lots of stains on the carpets and the sofa so I ordered professional carpet and upholstery cleaning. They did great job, all the stains and dirt were removed, even those from red wine. The sofa was also like new. Great service at great price.
