So much to say about this company. They didnt put my deposit in a Government backed deposit scheme and I was illegally evicted. They were supposed to reissue the eviction notice as the Judge stated that all their paperwork was flawed.
They didnt reissue it, instead they had me turfed out by a devious landlord who promised me that he would help me find another place, be a Guarantor, yah de yah de yah. Showed me a pokey flat with mouse boxes and a flat on a stinky council estate. I was advised to take it for six months. Why? Would they live there or even put their family there? I think not.
Desperate measures by desperate Estate Agent and Landlord. Oh they even offered me £2000 to move out. Not quite meeting one month rent and one month deposit. This is London remember, not way up country! Of course, when the landlord turns up with a van and his crew, you cant exactly chain yourself to the kitchen cupboard.
I so love writing reviews, because it means I can speak my mind. Sadly, for the Estate Agents, I am not a person to keep quiet about unprofessionalism. As quiet a tenant as I was, I have a voice and am not afraid to use it.
Still fighting them. Looking forward to seeing them in court and representing myself as illegal eviction is not to be taken lightly.
