Delicious food but can get very crowded. Expect to take away rather than eat in. The staff weren’t the most helpful I’ve seen but I think they get overwhelmed by the crowd.
The food is still worth it though!

Oh my. Gail’s is like the most middle class place you can imagine! I really don’t mean to sound classist but it can be really annoying!!! The cookie and hot chocolate were alright but I wouldn’t be rushing back.

Fantastic. The food is great, carried and tasty. It’s a lovely place to grab a quick snack in a Sunday morning. The atmosphere is family orientated and homely.
One thing to be careful is that at certain times (morning coffee rush and weekend mornings) it can get insanely busy. You can end up waiting for 20 mins for a coffee. However it is worth while so persevere :-)

Lovely. But overpriced, fresh food out and not covered up resulting in a mixture of fly ridden, soggy and dried out baked goods.
The staff were pleasant and attentive but served a hot chocolate, that was not hot — an upper level decision the staff can’t change. They dealt with our complaint superbly.
