A nice, clean convenience store. I rate them by the fact that when I buy milk there it keeps for a decent amount of time so they evidently refridgerate things properly.
If you are a local they warm up on you, but before then it is just a normal level of service. Nothing wrong with that they are just not overly charming, but they do the job nicely with decent prices and a good stock.
So I am happy to go there and am glad that it is there
