AVOID!!! Didn’t send the cleaner I requested, instead sent round some young boy, didn’t do what I asked him so I had to do most of it myself anyway, then poured a product that clearly says only to be used on a porcelain toilet all over my stainless steal kitchen sink and left it there, now it’s completely stained and ruined, and the best part is now I have to buy a new sink as they are not liable apparently!

I’ve said this multiple times, but this type of business is hard to scale while maintaining consistent quality. So with that giant grain of salt, I booked my first clean with Hassle over the weekend using a Unilocal Elite promo code (woot woot). 3 hours for a 2 bed/2 bath seemed about right at £30. My cleaner arrived on time and did a pretty good job.
Challenges remain around communication and consistent standards (sometimes the bed is made, sometimes not, etc) I would use them again, but actually you don’t really have a choice, since you’re forced to book recurring appointments with no way to cancel online. I can understand wanting to generate repeat business, but it also builds resentment :/
