I had a booking for 10:00, recieved a call around 9:45 asking if I could rebook. I said I couldn’t and 10:15 was suggested as a compromise. Fine, I could manage that.
Arrived on time, was offered no apology for the delay, and was then left waiting for another 10 minutes before I gave up. None of the hairdressers seemed to be finishing up and I had other commitments.
In the end I walked down the street and got a perfectly good haircut from a barber for a third of the price.
