Health Matters USP has to be the very helpful woman who works here. There does not seem to be a thing that she cannot help you with and give advice on, which is immensely helpful considering I do not understand what the majority of health products are and do.
Above the shop you will find their therapy rooms, while the shop despite being small sells a range of health foods, supplements, essential oils, remedies and really good, but slightly expensive cosmetics, bath and body products.
They do not sell a great amount but what they do stock is guaranteed quality.
