I have been a customer of Hilditch & Key since 1996 and their shirts are totally amazing and almost second to none in quality. Hilditch & Key shirts always iron very well,
and the cotton is so robust, it’s almost like their shirts are made for you. Hilditch & Key shirts are made in the Isle of Man.

I have been to Hilditch & Key a couple times in the meantime, mostly for their accessories. They do indeed sell a great variety of handkerchiefs, pocket squares and ties. And while I really like their products, I must say that I was utterly disappointed at their customer service in recent weeks.
I really loathe sales staff that keep themselves entertained while ignoring customers or not going out of their way to help their clients find what they need. For a shop targeting the well-​off British gentlemen, you would expect helpful and friendly personnel, but I often found that they at times can’t even bother to say hello or goodbye when you enter or leave the shop, let alone the fact that they hardly ask if and how they can help.
Quite disappointing !
