Hands down, some of the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I’m not even sure what I was tasting. Im sure the food is 100% catered to non-​Chinese, but it was just so bland, the eggplant almost tasted like bad seafood, which I didn’t know was possible.
Also, the décor is so GREEN. Why The neon lights are green, the table clothes is green, etc. It’s a really weird color ambiance to be dining in.

A great little Chinese food experience in the middle of the financial district of London. A local colleague frequents this place and brought his out of country visitors here for dinner. The restaurant itself is very small, but this adds to its charm and individualized service. We choose one of the «family style» menus which was a brilliant choice. All the food was fresh and tasty, our drinks were always filled, and I left this place very satisfied. I will definitely go back to this place in the future.

Hing lee’s Chinese Restaurant is a hidden gem Just a stones through from the Themes river. I might not look much from the out side or from the décor once you inside, but once you see the menu you will be impressed.
The selection of food is very impressive with spot on set menus that have a good range of types of meal. There is a good selection of drinks too. The food was prepared quickly and served by friendly staff. The food it self was very nice and I hope to go again. There is also a takeaway sirvice.
